Great explanation. i just finished watching a 3 aprt docu by Evan Davis called “The City Uncovered” by the BBC. But this is a great little video explanation for sure. So few people really understand how all this works.
This didn’t take into consideration Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac and how them buying risky loans artificially reduced the risk. Doesn’t take into consideration the politics of why Fannie & Freddie grew into that position.
