This was a very interesting and informative article. I think our mistake is in labeling simple solutions as 'worthless science.' If something so simple yet not harmful can help so many people, why aren't we jumping on it? I guess I live by worthless science. I guess I live by worthless science. I’m over 50 and take no meds, never been hospitalized except for childbirth. Works for me.
